Cornelia, that was a fascinating read! As there are so many variables in a Seo strategy, successful efforts depend on a control system to make sure that the efforts are bearing results. KPIs serve as this control system, allowing you to understand what works — and, more crucially, providing the SEO with a warning system if results are not satisfactory as planned.

Couldn’t agree with you more, Cornelia. SEO does take time and it’ll usually be months until your website makes a significant move up the ranking ladder. But quality and consistency are the keys to a lasting SEO success.
